Rudolph earned his LLB and AIPSA Diploma in 2007 and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in July 2010. Over the past 15 years he has built deep experience across rental‐agreement collections, VAF repossessions, shortfall collections and secured-asset foreclosures. Since his promotion to Senior Legal Manager in 2019, Rudolph leads legal collection initiation (including Section 129 notices, summonses and judgment applications), and champions system automation, legal drafting and reporting to enhance efficiency and compliance.
